Welcome to The Photo Lounge - Rules

The Photo Lounge is a friendly onlnine space where visitors can share original photos and participate in monthly contests. To enter the contest, participants should submit a photo that fits one of the catagories listed below. Photos may be taken with any kind of equipment, so even if you dont have a nice camera you can still participate, but they must be clear, appropriate, and connected to the selected catagory. The main goal of the contest is to give people a simple way to share creative photos, explore others photos, and enjoy photography!

After a photo is submitted, it may be reviewed and added to the voting page as part of the current contest. Visitors can view the submitted photos and vote for their favorite entries. Winning photos will be shown on the gallery page as past winners, and selected winners may have a chance to appear as the featured photo on the homepage.

Submission Guidelines

• Photos should fit one of the contest categories. (Nature, City/Architecture, Animals/Pets, and People)
• Accepted image formats include: JPG, PNG, and WEBP.
• Each photo file should be under 1 MB.
• Photos must be original or used with permission.
• All photo comments should be appropriate and respectful.
